Crocs
I cannot believe it, but I actually bought a pair of crocs yesterday. They were not for me, but Abigail. I think they are probably the ugliest shoes ever made, but I think that they will be great summer shoes and a lot safer than flip-flops. Emma had to get sandals with much better traction so that her chance of wiping out as she runs around corners will be less!

Everyone in our family has had fake Crocs (Airwalks) for about a year now except Penny. We all love them. The kids wear them all the time. They even wear them in the winter because they like them so much. I wear them to work most days. They are really comfortable and really lightweight. They are ugly as sin, but who cares.
Agreed, ugly but comfy. Derek wears them (the real ones) to work at the hospital during his graveyard shifts and swears by them. I've got a pair of the Airwalk ones and they are nice to slip in and out of. Michael Anne has a pair of Dora ones that she LOVES and also wore during the winter whenever we'd let her. She'll definitely need a new pair for this summer, little feet grow so fast! Have you seen those totally cute Lilli Kelli (sp?) shoes for little girls? They are totally done up with "jewels" and Michael loves their ads on t.v. I found them in a kids boutique the other day and I was amazed at the cost even though they look much better built than most kid shoes. They are like $65.00 a pair! Santa Vaca! We'll stick with the fake croc/dora shoes!!!
